i live near the zfurniture store in va and i was able to check out the bookshelves i bought. the showroom is nice and full of merchandise. the sales person are unintrusive and friendly and knowledgeable when asked.

I purchased a Discovery All-In-One bunk bed from ZFurniture. The bed arrived earlier than the stated 14 day delivery time and was very well packaged to avoid damage in shipping. There were easy to follow instructions and all of the pieces were included and packaged to correspnond with the assembly steps. It took longer to assemble than stated in the instructions but it is a solid piece of furniture well worth the extra time. The bed is constructed almost entirely of solid wood and the website accurately described/pictured the bed, wood color, and finish on the wood. This is defintely a store I will shop in the future for my furniture needs.

Doing business with ZFurniture overall was an A+ experience. We purchased our item at a very good price and the follow-through could not have been better. While there was only one option for shipping, this was not a negative. They offered one option, which is free shipping and emailed us to know the item would arrive in 2-3 weeks which is expected with free shipping. We actually had this item in less than one weeks time. With the free shipping on such a big item, we did not have to include this into the final price to sway the purchase.Overall, I would use ZFurniture again and expect to. Friends loved the item so much they asked for the website as well. We did recommend them highly.

After breaking a folding screen picture frame, I went online to look for one to replace it. I went on several websites only to show they we out of stock. This was a WOW experience. They underpromised and overdelivered. This was supposed to take 3 weeks to arrive. It was curb side delivery in a week and a half. After breaking a folding screen picture frame, I went online to look for one to replace it. I went on several websites only to show they we out of stock. When I found ZFurniture I decided to call them before going through the purchasing process to see if they had them in stock. The gentleman that answered the phone assured me they were in stock so I ordered one online. The cocktail table I ordered was reaady for me to pickup well earlier than I was told to expect. And since I had to fit it into a small convertible, the men at the warehouse were phenomenal at taking it out of the box and protecting it and putting all its pieces into my car. They were great and had a great attitude. Assembly is always Long, no two ways about it. But since my neighbor did it, Im not complaining:)

This was a WOW experience. They underpromised and overdelivered. This was supposed to take 3 weeks to arrive. It was curb side delivery in a week and a half. The company had me accept the shipping bill prior to confirming my order. They used myyellow shipping co which was inexpensive particularly for having furniture shipped cross country.
